They say with the currants and forecast that we have less than 1% chance to even see any oil at all. we have a paradise that is so wonderful. We need to promote this city and to show people we know that we are fine and still going strong. Don't let negative comments get to you, turn it around with a positive comment and a smile. The city just hired Google the best search engine and Internet marketing corp. in the world. Thank you to the city managers for the best forward step in a long time. CONGRESS PASSES FLOOD BILL

That will be a relief to thousands of homeowners waiting to close on their new home. Sept 30th is the extension date, there will be no gap from  June 30th till the president signs the bill. the job market we should start planning now for our future. Let's not wait till it's too late and then say could of , should of , what if we would of. We have to stand up to what is right , homeowners can't shoulder the burden of all the taxes, and fees We need show everyone that Cape Coral is a wonderful place to live, remember just a few years ago when it was the hottest place in America. What's changed only prices of homes, and what did it matter unless you sold at the hottest time. Many of us plan on staying here and not selling this is are home. So we need to let our local government know what we expect. Then the national government needs to pass this flood insurance program, so we can get some houses closed to help our local economy.
