Still let's stay positive and hope that they come together and get things done. Southwest Florida is a paradise and we need more growth to sustain the level of services we will need down the road. We have to encourage businesses to relocate and or expand their operations. In a tough economy i believe that value goes down so the deals are for the people or businesses that take advantage of the deals and don't sit back and say, we should have done it.
