Cape Coral Realtor Rick Swift "Where your new home begins" So many people are coming back to Cape Coral and the average age is 44.5 years old much younger than the years past. What we need is a little more business growth to keep the young people here. With the economy and
the job market we should start planning now for our future. Let's not wait till it's too late and then say could of , should of , what if we would of. We have to stand up to what is right , homeowners can't shoulder the burden of all the taxes, and fees We need show everyone that Cape Coral is a wonderful place to live, remember just a few years ago when it was the hottest place in America. What's changed only prices of homes, and what did it matter unless you sold at the hottest time. Many of us plan on staying here and not selling this is are home. So we need to let our local government know what we expect. Then the national government needs to pass this flood insurance program, so we can get some houses closed to help our local economy. Let's not fall off the end of the Cape Coral pier. Thank you Rick Swift this is my personal view and doesn't reflect Century 21 Birchwood Realty LIST WITH RICK IF YOU ARE LEAVING. BUY FROM RICK IF YOUR STAYING
